Otis Banks

Otis Banks brings over 25 years of experience in global human resources leadership, talent development, and a lifelong devotion to the performing arts. Originally from Norfolk, VA, he found his passion for storytelling through books, plays, and musicals—leading him into community theatre and ultimately earning a BFA in Theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University.

After pursuing professional acting in New York, Otis pivoted into HR and talent strategy across major financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and Citi. His tenure at Citi saw him develop global leadership and learning programs while stationed in Berlin and London, where he deepened his appreciation for cultural diversity and cross-border collaboration.

As an expat, Otis traveled extensively, immersing himself in local cultures and expanding his understanding of how entertainment, arts, and people intersect across regions. Now retired from corporate HR, he brings this global insight to Tilt 350, where he shapes entertainment strategy and talent platforms that bridge artistry and strategy. A lifelong enthusiast of theatre, film, opera, music, and culinary arts, he excels at building platforms and communities grounded in creativity and human connection.
