Ansa Hasan is a brand and marketing operations strategist with 15+ years of experience leading campaigns, launches, and creative programs across fashion, luxury, and retail — spanning in-house leadership, consultancy, and the manufacturing supply chain.
Her career runs the full length of the fashion value chain. It begins on the production side: at Matrix Sourcing, she ran the product creation center, working directly with factory capabilities across apparel, home, and lifestyle categories to build buyer-ready collections for global wholesale accounts including Nike, Adidas, and Reebok. That foundation — understanding how product is made before it is marketed — shapes everything that followed.
From there, her path moved through some of the industry’s most demanding brand environments: Kering Group and Armani Group brands via Al Tayer Group in Dubai, Porsche Middle East, and ÉLAN, where she served as SVP of Marketing Operations.
She has since built Tilt 350, her New York-based consultancy, working with fashion, luxury, and consumer brands on the programs that sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery.
Ansa holds a Master’s in Fashion Promotion, Communication & PR from Istituto Marangoni, London — now ranked among the world’s leading fashion schools — and a BA in Design & Visual Communication from the National College of Arts, Pakistan, where she graduated with honors
